
Paige P. biggsbiographyPaige Biggs joined Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP in 2005 after her graduation from Baylor Law School. Ms. Biggs received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, summa cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Biggs' practice focuses primarily on labor and employment-related legal matters. Ms. Biggs routinely advises employers on a wide range of federal and state laws, including Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act. Additionally, Ms. Biggs has defended employers in multiple state and federal court cases involving numberous workplace claims, including workers' compensation retaliation, alleged discrimination and harassment, and the enforceability of covenants-not-to-compete. Further, Ms. Biggs assists clients with immigration issues that may arise in connection with their business. In 2008 and 2010, Texas Super Lawyers recognized Ms. Biggs as a "Rising Star" in Labor and Employment Law, an honor bestowed annually to only 2.5% of all Texas attorneys.
