    David Keltner moderated a panel at the most recent meeting of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.  The AAAL is an appellate practice organization that limits its membership to 300 of the top appellate lawyers in the country.  Mr. Keltner has been a fellow of the Academy since 1997.

    David Keltner presented "Finding of Fact & Conclusion of Law:  Do They Really Matter" at the 18th Annual Conference of State and Federal Appeals, hosted by the University of Texas School of Law.   The article was authored by David Keltner and Paula Perkins.

    David Keltner presented a paper to the State Bar of Texas Advanced Evidence and Discovery Course in Houston.  The paper and speech were entitled "Protecting the Record for Appeal - Traps to Avoid in Texas Civil Cases."

  • March 13, 2008:
    Brenda Clayton made a presentation to the San Antonio Bar Association Civil Appellate Section about the Third Court of Appeals' Pilot Pro Bono Program.  Ms. Clayton is the Chair of the Screening Committee for the program.
