Shauna J. WrightBiography
Ms. Wright is a partner and handles a variety of civil litigation matters for businesses and individuals. She is an experienced trial attorney and has prevailed as lead counsel in over 100 jury trials. She is skilled in directing complex investigations, crisis management, and media relations.
Ms. Wright is a qualified mediator under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 154.052 and serves as a creative and diligent resource for litigants in civil disputes. She has acted as legal advisor to crime victims, governmental agencies, political bodies, the Grand Jury, nonprofit organizations and law enforcement agencies. She was formerly employed as a prosecutor for the State of Florida where she was appointed as the Director of the Clay County State Attorney's Office and the Chief of the Special Victims Unit.
Ms. Wright has been invited to teach at conferences for attorneys and investigators in the areas of trial practice, trial preparation, expert testimony, crisis investigation and violence against women and children. She also serves as a legal advisor and instructor on issues of child protection for local United Methodist churches. In addition to her professional practice, Ms. Wright enjoys spending time with her family, volunteer work, civic involvement, and church leadership. Education & Honors
