Fort Worth, Texas (February 16, 2010) – Kelly Hart & Hallman is pleased to announce that Cassie B. Stinson has joined the firm as a Partner in the Houston office.  Ms. Stinson will practice in the firm’s Real Estate and Public Law sections.

Ms. Stinson is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas.
 
Ms. Stinson has significant experience in public transit, commercial real estate development and financing involving land use matters, inner-city redevelopment, affordable housing, layered public/private financing, tax increment financing and special-purpose districts.
 
Ms. Stinson serves on the board of the Hermann Park Conservancy and Harris County Improvement District #11. She is a former board member of Houston Area Women’s Center and Houston Botanic Garden. Ms. Stinson is former chair of the Houston Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section as well as a charter member of the Commercial Real Estate Women, Houston Chapter. She is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and previously served as vice-chair of the ULI- Houston District Council.
