Max Hendrick IIIBiography
Max Hendrick was born in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Hendrix College, Conway, Arkansas. After graduation from The University of Texas School of Law, with honors, in 1970, he joined the Houston firm of Vinson & Elkins where he practiced commercial litigation. Mr. Hendrick joined Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP as a partner upon the firm's opening of its Houston office in 2007.
Mr. Hendrick has over thirty-nine years of trial and appellate experience in antitrust, securities fraud, contract, lender liability, and various business tort cases. He has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including automobile, energy, oilfield services, banking and financial services, construction, healthcare, brewing, and industrial manufacturing and fabricating. Mr. Hendrick is also a trained mediator and arbitrator. Education & Honors
