  • Trial Counsel to a well stimulation chemical company in a breach of fiduciary duty and trade secret case against a competitor.  Obtained a multi-million dollar jury verdict after a nearly two-week jury trial.
  • Trial Counsel to local real estate developer in a tortious interference lawsuit against an oil and gas company. Obtained a multi-million dollar jury verdict after a two-week jury trial.
  • Trial Counsel to a national fiberglass truck body manufacturer in a false advertising, trade dress infringement, and misappropriation lawsuit. Obtained a multi-million dollar judgment after a one-week jury trial.
  • Defended local business in a patent infringement action concerning pedicure spa jets; case settled on favorable terms.
  • Represented mineral interest owners in a lawsuit to terminate an oil and gas lease; case settled with the parties entering a new lease.
  • Represented oil and gas operator in a multi-million dollar breach of contract dispute; dispute settled during arbitration.
  • Represented national logistics company in a trade secret and computer hacking lawsuit; client received in excess of $10 million as part of a settlement.
