At Kelly Hart, our benchmark for measuring professional accomplishment is that our clients will be happy with the outcome of the matters we handle on their behalf. As seen by our growth from Dee J. Kelly’s solo practice to a firm of approximately 125 lawyers in less than three decades, we have satisfied that standard again and again. We clear the bar, then we raise it. Some of the organizations and publications that have consistently recognized numerous Kelly Hart & Hallman attorneys include Best Lawyers and Superlawyers.  Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Best Lawyers recognition is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 32,000 leading attorneys cast votes.  30 Kelly Hart & Hallman attorneys were selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 Edition.  Kelly Hart was also recognized as the highest ranking Fort Worth law firm in the following practice areas: Administrative, Appellate, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, Labor & Employment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Natural Resources, Non-Profit/Charities, Oil & Gas, Public Finance, Real Estate and Securities.  25 Kelly Hart attorneys were selected as 2009 Texas Super Lawyers® by Law & Politics magazine. Selections for Texas Super Lawyers are based on peer nominations and independent evaluations of the lawyers’ professional achievement and community service. Only five percent of lawyers in Texas are named Super Lawyers. In addition to being selected a Texas Super Lawyer, David E. Keltner was named one of the Top 10 Texas Super Lawyers. Marshall M. Searcy and David Keltner were named to the Top 100 Dallas/Fort Worth Super Lawyers and Top 100 Texas Super Lawyers lists. Sharon S.
