SIGNIFICANT MATTERS

• Oral argument before Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals on a Title VII pay discrimination claim.  See Chaudhry v. Nucor Steel-Indiana, 2008 WL 4569962, 104 Fair Empl. Prac. Cas. (BNA) 848, 91 Empl. Prac. Dec. P 43,349 (7th Cir. 2008).
• Part of a litigation team that successfully defeated class certification for a Fortune 500 company in two class action discrimination claims under Title VII and Section 1981.  See Brown v. Nucor Corp., 2007 WL 2284581 (D.S.C. 2007) & Bennett v. Nucor Corp., 2006 WL 2473015 (E.D. Ark. 2006).
• Won a dismissal of a hostile work environment and discriminatory pay claim.  See Chaudhry v. Nucor Steel-Indiana, 2007 WL 3020031 (S.D. Ind. Oct 10, 2007).
• Won summary judgment in a multi-plaintiff lawsuit involving discriminatory training claims.  See Bennett v. Nucor Corp.., 2008 WL 941975 (E.D. Ark. 2008).
