Employment Litigation

The attorneys in the firm’s labor and employment section represent employers in state and federal court in all manner of employment litigation including claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation; defamation; workers’ compensation retaliation; breach of contract; claims involving theft of trade secrets and covenants-not-to-compete. The senior lawyers in this section have all tried both bench and jury trials as well as numerous arbitrations.

Additionally, all of the attorneys in this practice group routinely represent employers in the coordinated response to and defenses of charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission –Civil Rights Division; and other federal, state and local administrative investigative and enforcement agencies.
