Technology

The complexity of some legal matters requires a strong commitment to technology in order to manage the work. An aggressive approach to the use of technology has expanded our firm's capabilities. Kelly Hart continually considers how new technologies can enhance our service and improve the effectiveness of our attorneys and support personnel for the benefit of our clients.

Our investments in technology provide significant results. Kelly Hart maintains sophisticated systems for managing and sharing electronic data and tools, thus enabling our personnel to use information most efficiently. Our attorneys have access from their desktops, or remote locations, to a variety of systems. These include electronic mail, wireless messaging devices, desktop facsimile services, Internet research, online case law and statutes, document management, word processing, presentation tools and the online library catalog. Communication links between our offices permit electronic sharing of tools and information. Continued advancements in technology, and our firm's commitment to keep pace, ensure the needs of our clients and attorneys will continue to be met.

In addition to a strong commitment to our firm's technology infrastructure, we also employ a highly skilled staff that provides technical training and support. Training in the use of our systems and applications is available to everyone at Kelly Hart, and advanced training is also routinely offered to meet the needs of our attorneys and clients. Tech support is available at all times from our firm's in-house help desk.
