Paige P. Biggs

Biography

Paige P. Biggs’ practice focuses primarily on labor and employment-related legal matters. Ms. Biggs routinely advises employers on a wide range of federal and state laws, including Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act. Additionally, Ms. Biggs has defended employers in multiple state and federal court cases involving numerous workplace claims, including workers' compensation retaliation, alleged discrimination and harassment, and the enforceability of covenants-not-to-compete. Further, Ms. Biggs assists clients with immigration issues that may arise in connection with their business.
