Calvin M. Jackson

BIOGRAPHY

With more than three decades of practice, Calvin M. Jackson has served as a representative for individuals and organizations involved in various securities and corporate law concerns. These include both private and public securities offerings, as well as the acquisition and sale of private enterprises. He is well-versed in negotiating and structuring derivative transactions, such as credit and equity-based derivatives, total return swaps, and structured financing transactions that encompass restricted or concentrated public equity securities and private assets. Mr. Jackson has represented several hedge funds and other private investment vehicles in their commodities and securities trading pursuits.
