  David Keltner presented a paper at the State Bar of Texas "Practice Before the Texas Supreme Court" CLE Course in Austin, Texas.  The paper, authored by Mr. Keltner, Marianne Auld, and Jody Sanders, was entitled "Respondent's Strategies in the Supreme Court."
